What to Expect
Before Leave begins
We review everything you’re working on, prioritize, and create a list of what you should be contacted for. (Ideally, very few items!) I meet with your team, leadership, and applicable contractors to ensure we’re ready to jump in as soon as your leave begins and gain access to all platforms and assets needed.
During Leave
I get to work! I use our prioritized list as a guide and adjust as needed. I regularly meet with your leadership and team so that we stay aligned. Ideally, you’re focused on your little one, and we don’t talk! But if we need to communicate, we’ll get it done so you can return to the snuggles.
After Leave Ends
We review everything that happened, campaign statuses, and any outstanding items. I typically schedule a week-long overlap to have a strong hand-off as you re-join the team.
